30-day return on unfitted parts

Parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original packaging, unfitted, and resaleable. Buyer covers return shipping. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Manufacturer warranty

All parts carry the original manufacturer warranty. Most aftermarket brands (Bosch, Mahle, Mann, Sachs, ZF, Hella, Knorr-Bremse) offer 12-month or 12,000-mile coverage on defects in materials and workmanship. OEM Mercedes-Benz / MAN parts carry the factory warranty.

Non-returnable items

• Electrical parts that have been installed (sensors, ECUs, alternators)
• Special-order parts (clearly marked at checkout)
• Gaskets and seals once package is opened
• Parts damaged by improper installation

How to start a return

Email spechvr58@aol.com with your order number, the SKU, and the reason for return. We'll send an RMA number and the return address.

Defective on arrival

If a part arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and either replace the part or issue a full refund — your choice.
